It can be tough to move through life ups and downs when facing the music alone. We can get stuck in trying to live up to society’s standards and pressure of what it means to be a good, even « perfect » person, partner, ally, sibling, child, caregiver…
All these expectations can lead us to overwhelm, chronic stress, dysphoric feelings, perfectionism, burn out, relationships that bring you down, in exhausting cycles of shame, anxiety and dysphoric feelings. —the list could go on.
We all need a place where we can tune down the external noise so exist as we are, where you can let go of what you’ve been carrying on your own all this time.
